Akamai Corporate Health Plan

Welcome aboard to Akamai. In joining Akamai you have access to a wide range of employee benefits. One of the main benefits is the Akamai Corporate Health Plan.

You may elect to join the Plan at your own discretion. If you elect to join the Plan Akamai will pay you a monthly allowance depending on whether you are just covering yourself or you and your family. The allowance is conditional upon you joining and maintaining your participation in the Plan. 

The monthly allowance is ;

Single Cover $360.00 per month.
Family Cover $630.00 per month.

The Plan provides you with access to comprehensive private health insurance for hospital and extras cover (dental, optical, physiotherapy and a wide range of other services). Akamai use Health Insurance Consultants Australia (HICA) in Australia to manage the Corporate Health Plan. HICA are a leading health insurance broker and their role is to assist you in joining the plan, transferring between health funds and answering any questions in regard to the health plan or indeed any matters relating to health insurance.

In the panels opposite you will need to select your State of residence, at the top of the page, choose your level of cover and select the product option. Detailed product information is available by clicking on the down arrows beside the product choices. In the far panel a premium quote will be provided including your government rebate selected and any applicable Lifetime Health Cover loading you nominate.  You will be able to download an application form by clicking on the "Join Now" button in Section 4. Complete the application form and email it back to corporate.services@hica.com.au.
